July 2, 2008 (FPRC) -- IRVINE, CALIF. – Award winning KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, has earned 14 high honors (3 Grands and 11 Merits) in the prestigious Gold Nugget Awards design and planning competition for site planning and architecture for mixed-use, adaptive re-use, recreational use, affordable housing and attached and detached homes, and sustainable communities. The firm’s winning projects are located throughout Northern and Southern California and were selected from 520 entries from the Western States and internationally. The Grand Award winners were announced recently at the Gold Nugget Awards gala held on June 26, 2008 in San Francisco during PCBC.

The winning project is located at the southwest corner of Arroyo Parkway and Bellevue Drive. The contractor is C.W. Driver. The developer is Gordon Ekstrand/Bellevue Ventures, LLC.

KTGY’s Retail/Mixed-Use Studios located in their Santa Monica office are continuously designing retail and entertainment centers, lifestyle destinations, urban developments, and mixed-use communities.
