Coreland Companies Lands 7 New Retail Leasing Assignments in So. CA Totaling Nearly 750,000 SF; Another Stellar Quarter for Coreland

July 11, 2008 (FPRC) -- TUSTIN, CALIF. – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that its Leasing / Sales Division was awarded seven new retail leasing assignments in Southern California totaling nearly 750,000 square feet during the second quarter of 2008 including Diamond Hills Plaza, Canyon Springs, Laguna Hills Plaza, Santa Ana Plaza, Rosewood Center, Del Amo Plaza and Gridley Plaza.

Diamond Hills Plaza is a 155,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at 2751 S. Diamond Bar Boulevard in Diamond Bar and includes tenants Super H Mart and Rite Aid. Diamond Hills Plaza is owned by Country Hills Holding, LLC (Sarofin Realty Advisors) in Dallas, Texas.
Canyon Springs is a 150,000-square-foot promotional shopping center located at 2744 Canyon Springs Parkway in Riverside and includes tenants Best Buy and Michaels. Coreland’s assignment includes leasing the 31,500-square-foot space formerly occupied by Linens ‘N Things. Canyon Springs Associates, Ltd. of Los Angeles is the owner.
Laguna Hills Plaza is a 108,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at 24791-24901 Alicia Parkway in Laguna Hills and includes tenants Chicks Sporting Goods and Big Lots. Milan Properties of Anaheim is the owner.
Santa Ana Plaza 90,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at the southwest corner of Harbor Boulevard and McFadden Avenue in Santa Ana and includes tenants Northgate-Gonzalez Markets and Autozone. Barrett Development of Anaheim is the owner.
Rosewood Center is a 60,000-square-foot neighborhood strip center located at 10040-10148 Rosecrans Avenue and 14323-14329 Woodruff Avenue in Bellflower. Del Amo Plaza is a 56,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at 11803-11899 Del Amo Boulevard and 20224-20226 Pioneer Boulevard in Cerritos and includes tenants Bally’s, Starbucks and Quiznos. Gridley Plaza is a 31,000-square-foot mixed-use neighborhood center located at 18300 Gridley Road in Artesia. Barker Pacific Group of Los Angeles is the owner of Rosewood Center, Del Amo Plaza and Gridley Plaza.
