July 15, 2008 (FPRC) --TUSTIN, CALIF. – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that Steven J. Hogberg of Coreland Companies represented the seller in the sale of a two-story office condo in Costa Mesa, Calif. The purchase price was $1,900,000.
Located within the 220,000-square-foot business park, known as Cambridge Park, the 9,780-square-foot condo is located at 3505 Cadillac Avenue, O103/203 and O104/204. Built in 1982, the building will be owner occupied.
“The buyer acquired a well-located property in the highly desirable Costa Mesa/South Coast Metro area to occupy,” said Coreland’s Senior Vice President Leasing/Sales Steven Hogberg. “Cambridge Park is one of Costa Mesa's premier business parks and is situated in close proximity to Orange County (John Wayne) airport and convenient access to the 405, 55, 57 and 73 freeways.
The buyer was Project Independence, a non-profit entity from Costa Mesa, and was represented by Ashwill Associates of Newport Beach, Calif. The seller was Cambridge Park Partners of Costa Mesa.
