Scientists and researchers found out that when playing two slightly different frequencies sound tones to each ear, the brain processes the sounds, integrating them to produce a third sound called the binaural beat. Our brainwaves then moves toward the new recalculated frequency, and finally synchronize with it. Different brainwaves related with different moods, and behaviors. By using Binaural beats scientists can change one's mood, state of mind and behavior.

If someone for instance is anxious or nervous, he can choose the 'Relaxation' track, and in a matter of minutes, he becomes calm and relieved. Another example would be the 'Super brain' track, which is suitable for people who want to improve their brain functions for better studying and deduction abilities.

In order to use the site tracks, the site visitors are recommended to sit or lay down in a comfortable place, wear their headphones, and click the desired track ,from the available tracks list. This should will automatically open a media player such as I-Tunes or Windows media player, and the sound beats will immediately start playing.

"The moment I heard about this technique, I was fascinated',said Keinan Goichman, founder of www.i-dose.us. 'It actually says that for every behavior, mood or state of mind, there is an appropriate brainwaves frequency, which we can simulate. I have decided it requires an appropriate website, dedicated to the matter. I think this is an amazing way to help people and to improve their quality of life'.

Currently there are eleven tracks available for streaming, which covers a verity of activities. The different tracks address artists, writes, students, clubbers, night shift workers and more. 'What really motivates me is the feedback we receive from people all over the world, thanking us.', summarizing Keinan.
