IDX Broker Allows Realtor Peg Timpone to Provide Superior Service to her Clients

Visitors to Timpone’s site can choose to participate in either a quick search of the MLS or an advanced search offering customizable categories such as flooring, recreation, and scenery. One of the IDX tools provided on the site is the option to sign up for email updates, allowing the client to save their search and to be automatically notified at a later date when listings matching their desired criteria become available in their specified MLS. Timpone can monitor these signups on her administrative log-in dashboard and follow up on them via email to add a personal touch.
