Jan Eubank with St. Johns Properties Adds Customized IDX Tools to her Unique Website

Based in Seabrook Island, S.C. St. Johns Properties is a member of the Charleston Trident MLS (CTMLS) and uses this custom IDX solution to display MLS search results on their website.
What makes IDX Broker unique from other IDX software is that it automatically goes out and extracts the listings data from the CTMLS and formats it in a way that it is seamlessly incorporated onto Eubank’s website. Customization of the site is controlled through an administrative login page that allows the account manager (or managers in the case of St. Johns Properties since Eubank elected a multiuser license) to customize CSS, sub headers, and global, page, and category wrappers. This administrative ‘dashboard’ also displays information on new leads, site traffic, and MLS statistics all of which help the agents at St. Johns Properties to spend less time worrying about updating the website more time to focusing on the needs of their clients.

'Jan has been selling Kiawah, Seabrook, Wadmalaw and Johns Island real estate since 1984. She has lived both on the islands and in historic Charleston so is well versed on the area lifestyles and culture. After graduating with a BA degree in English from Hood College, Jan went on to obtain a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from the Citadel.
