If clients browsing Swanson’s site are unable to locate a property meeting their specifications at that time, this customizable IDX solution also offers clients the ability to provide their name and email address and receive email updates on properties matching their search criteria that become available on the MLS. Swanson has access to all of the names and emails through the ‘New Lead Management' section in his administrative log-in so that he can follow up with clients browsing his site.
