Based out of Estero, Fla., Pavich provides his clients access to thousands of listings in both the Fort Myers MLS (FtMyers) and Bonita Springs MLS (BSMLS).
What makes IDX Broker unique from other IDX software is its ability to extract information on listings from the FtMyers and BSMLS, and format it to fit Pavich’s specifications, allowing him to complete control over the look of his site and the ability to maintain his unique branding throughout. The addition of the IDX Broker software to his website allows Pavich to display these listings and their details as a seamlessly integrated part of the site.
The CSS and wrappers (global, page, and category) can all be accessed through an administrative log-in and give complete control over the customization of the site to the administrator. He graduated high school at Estero high in 1993. Then attended and played baseball for Edison Community College for 1 year. Immediately following, he also attended and played baseball at Santa Fe Community College and Graduated with an AA in Business. Soon after college, Joe worked with Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an assistant manager for 4 years. Seeing the family work in the real estate business, it didn’t take Joe long to decide that working in real estate with the family was what he wanted to do. So he joined the family business in 1997. He has been servicing the southwest Florida area in the real estate market 'Full Time' since then. The Pavich Family team opened Realty World Florida in Estero, which is one of the first real estate offices in Estero. He specializes in Residential 'Lifestyle Communities' such as golf course, gulf access, high rise, boating, beach, waterfront and tennis plus residential rentals. He sells real estate as a Broker-Salesperson with his father Joe, his Mother Joni and Brother Jason.
