August 29, 2008 (FPRC) -- EUGENE, ORE. – Tim Soper with RE/MAX Pinnacle in Shorewood, Ill. has selected IDX, Inc. to display his Midwest Real Estate Data MLS (MRED) as a seamlessly integrated part of his real estate website, making the property search more straightforward for his clients. Using the IDX Broker software, raw data is extracted from MRED and then formatted to appear in a customized fashion on Soper’s website. Information from thousands of listings is transmitted automatically and without interruption so that the data displayed on Soper’s site is consistently accurate and reliable.

Soper has complete administrative control over the appearance of his IDX MLS data feed, with options for customizing details for listings results, login and registration requirements, and application layout. A lead management section giving Soper access to contact information and saved search criteria from clients opting to sign up for email updates on properties meeting their specifications in the MRED as the become available comes standard with IDX Broker software as does detailed site traffic reports. All of these customizable features allow Soper to manage his business more efficiently and spend more time providing a personalized experience to his clients and interacting with them face-to-face.

The custom IDX search application seamlessly integrated into Soper’s website gives the clients five different ways to search for their ideal property; basic, advanced, map, address, and/or listing number. Within each of these options lies customized search categories that give clients the option to select school, exposure, style, and features in an effort to narrow down results and help them find their ideal property. With these new customized IDX search tools, Soper is now able to save himself and his clients time on the real estate search.
