September 2, 2008 (FPRC) -- SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- Workplace safety training and corporate emergency response planning provider Annuvia has finalized its acquisition of Active Health Solutions, Incorporated, a leading provider of corporate wellness programs. This union establishes Annuvia as one of the largest health, safety, and corporate emergency response planning service providers in the nation.
