In recognition of a growing problem for small business owners, AEX Commercial Financing Group has issued a comprehensive series of Special Reports about avoiding fake commercial loan articles. As noted by AEX, the trends described in these reports can also be seen throughout the internet community for a wide variety of subjects such as business opportunity financing, real estate investments and credit card processing. The AEX Reports describe several unethical and inappropriate uses of internet content in which various website owners do not have any permission to use the published information.
According to Stephen Bush, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AEX Commercial Financing Group, "Because improper commercial funding decisions might be based on inaccurate articles, the growing presence of fake articles about working capital financing and commercial loans should be a serious concern for commercial borrowers. At a minimum, a fictitious article about topics such as commercial real estate financing and business loans is likely to result in confusion for small business owners."
One of the AEX Commercial Loans Reports identifies several trouble signs to be alert for and suggests practical strategies for avoiding fake business financing articles. Another AEX Report provides more detailed suggestions for avoiding fake article sites.
More detailed information is available at AEX Commercial Financing Group websites regarding their services.
