September 11, 2008 (FPRC) -- For the second year in a row, John Koten, Editor-in-Chief and Chief Executive Officer for Mansueto Ventures (the publisher of Inc. Magazine) has announced that brian cork Human Capital™ (www.bchcroi.com) has been named to the 2008 Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in the United States.

Not only is this a repeat year, but it also finds the firm rocketing upwards in the rankings, moving up to #348– a sizable leap from last years’ #481.

The growth that qualified the company for this prestigious list is quite an accomplishment for a specialized executive search and key executive coaching firm. In the past, the Inc. 500 has spotlighted key, fast growing companies such as Microsoft and Zappos as they emerged into national success stories.

'We were rather surprised when we received the big news from Mr. Koten at Inc. Magazine. He called us personally, noting that our sustained progress is highly unusual in the services industry. Because of our loyal clients and partners, we have seen growth in the last year when many companies are addressing difficult times,' said Steve Covett, the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. 'Most importantly, this indirectly reflects the success and prosperity of our clients and strategic partners and their growth as well. We are only as good as the people we surround ourselves with. We have access to best-of-class candidates that we stand behind with a full-year guarantee. We know this clearly differentiates us in the market.'

Brian Patrick Cork, the company’s founder and 'Cultural Architect', echoed Covett’s assessment.

'Looking back, I am most proud of how we created over $60 million in real new dollars for our clients and partners in 2007 by providing carefully considered referrals and introductions. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on the success of our clients. This is, of course, reflected in the simple fact that our own growth is based solely on referrals. These are clear indicators that we do great work, and that we are best-of-class at what we do,' said Cork.
Cork’s clients couldn’t agree more.

'It is critical to the success of our company to hire employees that will flourish in our corporate culture and uphold the values of our organization. Brian clearly understands the value of people to an organization and his team is able to quickly assess our needs and provide us with employees of the highest caliber; adding experience and innovation to our company. Brian is authentic, supportive, and without a doubt, we will continue to trust his insight and experience in assisting us with the growth of our company, both in the US and internationally,' said Anisa Telwar, owner and President of Anisa International (www.anisa.com).

Atlanta’s leading wealth management firm, GV Financial Advisors (www.gvfinancial.com), tapped Cork’s expertise in the search for a business development executive. 'What makes brian cork Human Capital exceptional is the company’s astounding ability to reach out to its worldwide network to find the right fit. My sense is that other companies collect resumes or make calls to people they don’t know. Brian Cork seems to be one step away from all the best candidates. Our recent hire not only came from that network, but also fit so well with our people the day he walked in. That result is consistent with Brian Cork’s mission to build our company’s culture one hire at a time,' said Marc Lewyn, Principal at GV Financial Advisors.

Brian Patrick Cork was also recently named to the 2008 Catalyst 'Top 25 Most Influential Entrepreneurs', and identified by Entrepreneur Magazine as 'One of the most influential entrepreneurial leaders in the Southeast'.
