IDX Broker Simplifies the Online Real Estate Search for Clients of Finn Real Estate Enterprises

September 24, 2008 (FPRC) -- EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. announces Finn Real Estate Enterprises in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. as the newest addition to the database of real estate professionals incorporating custom IDX Broker software into their website to help simplify the real estate search for clients and ultimately increase sales. Thanks to efforts lead by broker Zach Finn, clients can now easily find their ideal property on the Fort Lauderdale MLS (Ft Lauderdale) with the help of custom IDX search tools and an integrated easy to use format. Using innovative Internet Data Exchange (IDX) technology, the search function is displayed as a seamlessly integrated part of Finn’s website without the need to use framing techniques.
Finn is able to keep his unique branding throughout the website with the use of custom CSS and global, page, and category wrappers, all of which can be controlled through an administrative log-in. This dashboard also includes a new lead management section where Finn has access to client contact information of those signing up for automatic email updates on saved search criteria. Because Finn selected the small office multi-user license offered by IDX Broker he is able to add and manage up to ten other agents and control who receives which new leads in order to maximize efficiency.
Clients browsing Finn’s website are treated to a unique and personalized search experience using custom advanced searches and custom IDX search tools. Categories included in the advanced search per Finn’s specifications include such categories as scenery, home style, flooring type, recreation, parking options, and lot size. When examining property details, clients have access to IDX tools that link them to schedule a showing, print a flyer, pinpoint the property on a satellite map, calculate likely mortgage payments, and take a virtual tour.
