October 1, 2008 (FPRC) -- ZHMICRO LLC, a leading provider of enterprise software development tools that enables organizations to maximize the return on their intellectual capital investment, today announced availability of new Z47 Processors for Pocket PC and Windows Mobile Operating Systems. These new additions to ZHMICROS family of processors provide software development organizations with one development platform for the creation of Mobile Applications without the need for additional third party tools, SDK’s, API’s, or Emulators.

The Z++ Visual 08 IDE offers an 'All-in-One' Integrated Development Environment that gives software developers the capability of building mobile, desktop, and enterprise applications that require, or would be enhanced by, extending the capabilities of C++ . When used with the Z47 Processor, applications written with Z++ Visual 08 are capable of running multiple Operating Systems such as Microsoft Windows, LINUX, and PALM. This combination of applications written with Z++ Visual 08, and the use of the Z47 Processor, allows for the rapid development of Multi-OS Applications and the integration of these Applications onto a wide range of devices.

'This new addition of Windows Mobile and Pocket PC Z47 Processors empowers software developers in creating Smart Phone applications for complex multi-OS devices. By removing the requirement to develop for a specific platform and to learn complex and lighly supported SDK’s, API’s and Emulators a developer’s job has just become much easier,' said Dr. Zorabi Honargohar, Chief Scientist, ZHMICRO LLC.
