Owner of Spyglass Realty and Investments Entrusts Customization of MLS Search to IDX Broker

October 15, 2008 (FPRC) -- EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. happy to announce the addition of Ryan Rodenbeck owner of Spyglass Realty and Investments, to the daily multiplying database of real estate Brokers and agents electing a custom IDX solution to simplify the real estate search online for their clients. What makes IDX Broker unique from other products on the market is its ability to format raw listing data from Austin MLS (ACTRIS), of which Rodenbeck is a member, into an easy to browse and completely customizable interactive and incorporated search. This gives Rodenbeck complete control over the look of his site and allows him to present an integrated format to his clients.
IDX Broker provides an administrative log-in for Rodenbeck where he controls all of his custom CSS and global, page, and category wrappers, eliminating the need for him to use frames which can sometimes be difficult to integrate. Here, Rodenbeck can edit his dynamic details for each title on his listing increasing the likelihood of his listing being picked up by a search engine. He also has the option to create custom XML codes for his listings that can be syndicated to popular real estate search sites such as Google Base, trulia, Zillow, Hot Pads, Oodle, and Gumiyo.
In addition to providing a custom, easily integrated IDX solution for Rodenbeck, IDX Broker offers many search options and tools to clients browsing his website. A map search with customizable categories allows users to search within a certain neighborhood or region and allows them to see the property pinpointed on an interactive satellite map. IDX search tools such as links to get more information from the listing agent, schedule a showing, print a flyer, email the property, or calculate likely mortgage payments give the client a multitude of resources to gather more information and be as informed a consumer as possible.
