Coreland Companies Opens Second Office in Orange County to Manage Growing Portfolio
Coreland Companies has opened its second Orange County office, strategically located in Brea to better serve its clients in northern Orange County. This brings the total number of Coreland offices in Southern California to nine. Last year, Coreland opened an office in Salt Lake City, Utah. Cynthia Swanson, a regional real estate manager based in Coreland's Tustin office, will relocate to the new Brea office and head up the office. The new Coreland office is located at 330 West Birch Street, Suite 201.

October 15, 2008 (FPRC) -- TUSTIN, CALIF. – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest private real estate service companies based in California, has opened a new Southern California regional office in the City of Brea, Calif., strategically located to better serve the northern Orange County market. This is Coreland’s second Orange County office, which brings the total number in Southern California to nine offices. Last year, Coreland opened an office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Cynthia Swanson, a regional real estate manager based in Coreland's Tustin office, will relocate to the new Brea office and head up the office. Swanson has been with Coreland since 2005 and oversees the real estate management and operations for a portfolio consisting of retail and mixed-use properties located throughout Orange County. Prior to joining Coreland Companies, Swanson served as a property manager for a major real estate owner, successfully managing a 2.1-million-square-foot portfolio.
