Triple Diamond Energy Corp Announces First Two Wells Of The Sportsman Lake Program Are Complete
Texas based oil and gas exploration company Triple Diamond Energy Corporation announces the completion of the initial pair of wells in its Sportsman Lake Program in Oklahoma.

October 16, 2008 (FPRC) -- ADDISON, TX -- Triple Diamond Energy Corp. (TDEC) announced the first two wells of the Sportsman Lake Program in Seminole County, Oklahoma are now completed.
In August, the Texas oil and gas exploration company commenced drilling the Proven Undeveloped Producible Reserves of the previously undrilled geological structure. An e-log was run on the well and the prime bearing zones were determined. From there, production casing was run into the first Wilcox formation and perforated allowing the oil to flow through. With the perforation of the casing complete, TDEC can prepare for extraction. The oil produced will then be refined and processed into various petroleum products including fuel.
The results of the open hole logs indicated there is a presence of hydrocarbons. Triple Diamond Energy Corp. will continue to work in the area to select the best formations to produce," said Chris Jent, Officer for Triple Diamond Energy Corporation (http://www.triplediamondenergy.com/).
These are the first two in the four well Sportsman Lake Program. Two wells are scheduled to spud in the area during the month of October. Both will be drilled down to a maximum depth of 5,000 feet in order to reach the tops of the geological structure.
