October 21, 2008 (FPRC) --Utopia Entertainment Complex announced the launching of www.cajunfoodatlanta.com to promote world famous Cajun Kitchen on Marietta Street in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. Utopia Entertainment Complex is a multipurpose, multi-room entertainment venue located in burgeoning area of Midtowns West of Atlanta. Utopia is famous for its alluring decor and International artistry fused with world class music. The Utopia Entertainment Complex is a full service private events facility used for private parties, business meetings and receptions. The facility is the part of the Blue Grotto family of companies.
The Cajun Kitchen, originally opened in 1987, is located within the complex and is a full service restaurant serving Cajun and Creole Food in Atlanta. The restaurant is a favorite of Georgia Tech students, Coca Cola executives, Marta drivers, artists, Atlanta Journal and Constitution employees and downtown workers alike. The Cajun Kitchen has world renowned Chef Morris Butler serving popular Louisiana dishes including Crawfish Etouffe, Jambalaya and Shrimp Creole. Chef Morris Butler, born into the art of Cajun and Creole cooking, has applied his craft in some of New Orleans’ most famous restaurant like Commanders Palace, Brennan’s and La Pavillon.
Cajun Food Atlanta is www.cajunfoodatlanta.com , a website dedicated to promoting Cajun Food to all parts of Atlanta. The website will include the regular lunch and dinner menus including a specially designed catering menu used for high volume dinner meetings. The website will also feature many of Chef Morrises’ favorite recipes including pictures of all his favorite dishes. Lunch specials will be posted as well. The Cajun Kitchen is currently open for lunch Monday-Friday from 11am-2pm, dinner Monday-Thursday from 5pm-10pm and Friday-Saturday from 5pm-11pm. The restaurant is located at the corner of Northside Drive and Marietta Street in Midtown Atlanta and across the street from Georgia Tech University.
