November 6, 2008 (FPRC) -- The Edcomm Group Banker’s Academy has successfully delivered Advanced Financial Analysis for Commercial Lenders, a Train-the-Trainer session, and the eLearning enhancement Achieving Commercial Lending Excellence, to Ahli United Bank.
Advanced Financial Analysis for Commercial Lenders, from Edcomm Banker’s Academy, is a hands-on, highly participatory training program using applied financial services examples to emphasize both the “hard skills” and “soft skills” of financial analysis and the commercial credit industry. The course includes topics such as Industry Management and Economic Influences; Interpreting Financial Reports and Accounts; Analyzing Performance and Condition; and Cash Cycles, Cash Flow and Projections.
Achieving Commercial Lending Excellence, from Edcomm Banker’s Academy, is a computer-based, eLearning program, which can be delivered via Internet, Intranet or CD-ROM. The program gives commercial lenders an overview of the industry, including the concepts of financial analysis and business structures; reviews various products and services that the Bank offers, such as working capital lines of credit, real estate loans, equipment loans, equipment leases; and teaches lenders how to sell those products and services while being mindful of compliance issues that affect their work. Achieving Commercial Lending Excellence also includes a glossary of terms and a library of reference materials.
