Corra Offers Clients Free Applicant Tracking System

Corra Group offers clients a free Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to help cut operational costs while helping them better manage their job applicants.

November 17, 2008 (FPRC) -- Corra Group is now offering free Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to is present and future clients. The ATS system is easy to install and is Internet accessible without the need for additional software.

“We thought in this economy we can offer the ATS as a convenience to our clients,” said Nick Gustavson, Co-Founder of Corra. “With this system, our clients can post a link on their site where they receive applications and resumes. They can review the applicants’ material and then process for background checks those applicants they see as viable employment candidates. They can either reject the other applicants or filed their resumes for further review. All with a stroke on the keyboard.

“Time is money, and human resources personnel can spend an inordinate amount of time reviewing applications and resumes. Most of the applicants won't be qualified. The ATS should help reduce the time human resources managers spend in reviewing and process applications and resumes,” Gustavson continued. “What’s great about this system is that we can set it up in no time.”

With the economic downturn, Corra believes the AST system will assist human resources departments in the overview and management of the employment candidates they still need to bring aboard. The new system should prove attractive to larger companies recruiting hundreds of applicants each year as well as the smaller business around the country.
