Patents are of critical importance to our pharmaceutical, biologic and device company client base. xFDA helps these clients with the science and regulation involved with submissions to the FDA. Our patent strengthening service is ideal for these firms which may not realize a patent, even one drafted by a patent law firm, can be strengthened, enhanced and improved.
Our services complement the services provided by patent lawyers. We work closely with a company’s patent lawyers.
Our PatentProtectPlus services include: (i) Patent Review to identify weaknesses or
other issues with a patent, (ii) Monetization Analysis, the first step in establishing
