Rosebay Real Estate Adds a Custom MLS Search to their Website with the Help of IDX Broker

November 21, 2008 (FPRC) -- EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is happy to add Rosebay Real Estate to the expanding list of real estate companies giving the search function of their website a boost with seamlessly integrated custom IDX Broker software. Internet Data Exchange (IDX) technology is used to extract raw listing details from the Mid Florida Regional MLS (MFRMLS) and format them to be organized and easily searchable. Potential clients in the Sarasota, Fla. area can now search thousands of listings using custom search criteria without ever leaving the Rosebay site.
Clients of Rosebay can now create and save custom search queries to help them narrow down the results and ultimately find their ideal property or be notified by email when a property matching their specifications becomes available on MFRMLS. IDX Broker features a helpful map search that allows the client to view the properties for sale in an area on and interactive street, satellite, or terrain map powered by Google Maps. Custom IDX tools, featured on the details page of each listing, link the client to quickly contact the agent for more information, schedule a showing, print a flyer, email property details, view more photos in the gallery, and calculate likely mortgage payments.
IDX Broker has tools that not only help the prospective client become a more informed buyer, but also has tools that help Rosebay manage their business more efficiently. Detailed traffic reports are prominently displayed on the administrative log-in and break down which specific pages on the Rosebay site are being viewed most frequently. Rosebay has elected to create custom XML codes for their listings to syndicate them to such popular real estate search engines as REFSN, Google Base, Trulia, Zillow, Homescape, Oodle, Gumiyo, LuxuryHomes.com, and RSS Feed.
