According to the test results from PC PRO, the TS-509 Pro is ．a speed demon・ that copies of a 2.52GB video clip returned average read and write speeds of 40.4MB/sec and 35MB/sec. The FTP transfer rate further impressed them by delivering read and write speeds of 74MB/sec and 52.8MB/sec. PC PRO also did a test of large file (20GB) data transfer using QNAP・s exclusive backup software NetBak Replicator which showed an impressive transfer rate of 24MB/sec.
