San Antonio Real Estate Agent Herlinda Tucker Simplifies the Online Property Search with the Addition of IDX Broker

November 26, 2008 (FPRC) -- EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is pleased to welcome Keller Williams Realty Agent Herlinda Tucker to the expanding list of real estate professionals customizing the search function of their website with IDX Broker. The addition of this custom IDX solution makes it simpler for Tucker’s clients in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas to browse the thousands of properties on the San Antonio Board of Realtors MLS (SABOR). Clients can now create and save custom searches on Tucker’s website that make it easier for them to narrow down their results and find their ideal property.
Tucker’s clients can save their search criteria and elect to be notified by email when properties matching their specifications become available on SABOR. The Internet Data Exchange (IDX) technology in IDX Broker extracts the raw listing data from SABOR and formats it to appear as an integrated part of Tucker’s site. It is not necessary to frame in this information as Tucker has access to edit her wrappers and custom CSS through an administrative log-in page.
Through the many administrative features offered to Tucker, she can increase the visibility of her listings by creating custom XML codes for syndication to popular real estate search websites such as REFSN, Google Base, Trulia, Zillow, and Homescape. She can also increase her business’s efficiency by examining the findings of detailed traffic reports that break down how frequently Tucker’s site is being visited and how often each particular page is being viewed.
