The Working Capital Journal published by AEX Commercial Financing Group has created a new special section devoted to ongoing coverage of recent changes which will impact business finance funding throughout the United States. AEX plans to analyze business lending actions and periodically update their findings in The Working Capital Journal in order to alert business owners about the substantial future changes which are expected for most commercial real estate loans and working capital loans.
According to Stephen Bush, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AEX Commercial Financing Group, "We continue to project that the rapidly-changing environment for commercial loans and working capital financing throughout the United States will involve a series of new but avoidable problems for business owners. AEX plans to continue their prominent commercial finance funding role in helping commercial borrowers to understand what is happening and what to do about it. For example, we will be highlighting the most questionable commercial lending practices in The Working Capital Journal."
In order to provide a representative portrait of shifting lender practices, AEX is requesting that business owners and their advisors contact them to report commercial lender experiences which might be of interest to commercial borrowers throughout the United States. For other recent business financing comments by AEX, please refer to the Working Capital Journal.
Detailed information is available at AEX websites regarding their services. Please contact Stephen Bush at AEX to obtain individualized and candid business finance funding advice. AEX Commercial Financing Group is based in Ohio and provides specialized help for business cash advances, commercial loans and commercial real estate financing throughout the United States.
