C&J Industries, a complete custom medical contract manufacturing and plastic injection molding company has added the MD-1612 Shuttle Style Deep-Well Tray Sealer to its suite of medical device manufacturing equipment.

January 8, 2009 (FPRC) -- MEADVILLE, PA - C&J Industries, a leading medical device manufacturing and plastic injection molding company, has added the MD-1612 Shuttle Style Deep-Well Tray Sealer to its current line of medical device packaging capabilities.
C&J provides one-stop medical contract manufacturing solutions for customers. They offer product design, prototyping, production molding, assembly and custom packaging through their contract manufacturing business.
The tray sealer is designed to package products that are produced in either a Class VII or Class VIII clean room environment.

The MD-1612 is a valued addition to C&J's current medical custom packaging capabilities. This currently includes auto bagging and polybag heat sealing. Using the MD-1612, custom packaging can be created for almost any item that fits into packaging with dimensions of up to 16" x 12" and up to 6” deep.
