"Rather than giving up and closing their doors, we want business owners to know that there are many resources available including job training, business counseling, financing, utility rebate programs, and more," said Sharon Merritt, San Jacinto Economic Development Manager.
"Several municipalities are holding similar workshops, and we thought it was a great idea. We need to do everything possible to help our companies stay in business and retain their employees," said Merritt. A variety of presentations will be provided by the Riverside County Workforce Development Center, Mt. San Jacinto College, Inland Empire Small Business Development Center, SCORE, Southern California Reinvestment CDFI, Tech Coast Angels, Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship, Inland Empire Women’s Business Center, California Manufacturing Technology Consulting, Eastern Municipal Water District, The Gas Company and Southern California Edison.
