Gourmet fare prepared by professional chefs from around the world have long since been created using their own compound butter recipes. Although limited and quite costly non-organic compound butters have recently made their way to commercial trade, certified organic flavored butter has never been available until now. Butter Chef™ founder, Jill St. Claire states, 'Consumer demand for high-quality organic foods isn’t limited to just produce and meats.
