February 4, 2009 (FPRC) -- Preachit.org, a leading sermon resource for a fast growing number of pastors hit over 3,000 sermon submissions from its 225 contributors this week. This landmark jump in sermons submitted is a true testament to the commitment of the site owner and his 225 talented, dedicated pastors & ministers who write these in their spare time.
"My vision for this site is to make available thousands of Sermon Outlines and Bible Study helps." Says Rev. James Smith.
"As a Pastor of a young work for over 6 years, I found it difficult at times to have well prepared messages 3 times a week. As you know, a Pastor's time is stretched. Especially if he/she works a job outside of their Church. At times, new ideas and thoughts are hard to develop as our minds are often full of the cares of the church." Says Rev. James Smith
Jim’s simple website doesn’t just stop at sermons. Over the years, he’s added everything from small group resources, church job descriptions for busy pastors looking to hire, church activity planning, how to take up your offering and much more.
Preach It is gifted to have a host of ministers who are getting on board the Sermons/Bible Study contributor team. This team is growing every day, however they are still anxious to have other ministers join in helping build this resource site.
