Nashville, TN (FPRC) March 2, 2009 -- J. K. Coltrain, President of Nashville's Colt Records announced today that they had reached agreement on a 2 year recording contract with new Americana supergroup OneDay40 based out of Glascow,Scotland in the United Kingdom. Mr. Coltrain stated that he has been considering for some time now venturing more into the Americana market but had never found the right artist to do so and he firmly believes that he has found them in OneDay40.
OneDay40 has amassed quite a following throughout the United Kingdom and was looking to break onto the US market so it seems an ideal situation for all parties involved. They are already in the process of wrapping up their new CD with plans to release their first single on Colt Records to radio in April of this year followed up by a whirlwind promotional tour of the United States in June of 2009.
