March 16, 2009 (FPRC) -- Cumbre Villas today launched a new French language version of their Real Estate website promoting the sale and rental of luxury villas on the Costa Tropical of Granada, Spain. The new website, http://www.CumbreVillas.fr provides information about holidaying and buying property on the Costa Tropical, as well as detailed descriptions and photographs of properties for sale and rent on the coast of Granada.
"We want to introduce people from French speaking countries to the Costa Tropical" says owner Marla Marquez. "We have found that while many people are familiar with our neighbour, the Costa del Sol, fewer know that the Costa Tropical offers the same benefits of a great climate and easy access, but doesn't suffer from the over-development that plagues parts of the Costa del Sol." The Costa Tropical spans the coast of Granada, starting just beyond Nerja, 80km east of Malaga airport. Granada airport is closer still, at just 70 km from Salobrena. "People love the authentic Spanish character of the Costa Tropical," continues Marla, "and with the great value for money to be had whether holidaying or living permanently here, it's easy to see why."
