Ian Malpass founded Millennium Mat Group in a partnership with Cintas in 1999 when he was living in England. Shortly after, the company opened in Suwanee, Georgia, USA Ian moved to Georgia where he continues mat innovation at the company’s headquarters. Millennium Mat Group has enjoyed a growth rate of 100 per cent over the last 5 years. Malpass says that this year's achievements are instrumental in driving the company to reach its "3-10 Plan."
"Our goal is to achieve $10 million in revenue in three years; to become the unequivocal industry leader in matting products," said Malpass.
What began as a small manufacturing venture with Cintas now manufactures over two million square meters of products a year. Millennium Mat Group is also the first automated manufacturer using robotics to streamline quality and efficiency.
