Retail Investment Specialist Mehran Foroughi Joins Colliers International
Established retail investment specialist, Mehran Foroughi, has joined Colliers International’s Irvine office as a Senior Vice President.

IRVINE, Calif. April 20, 2009 (FPRC) -- Established retail investment specialist, Mehran Foroughi, has joined Colliers International’s Irvine office as a Senior Vice President.
Prior to joining Colliers, Foroughi was a senior vice president at Sperry Van Ness’ Irvine office, where he consistently ranked among the Top 10 Producers nationwide and received numerous internal accolades, including the Outstanding Client Satisfaction award. Since 2006, Foroughi has closed transactions valued in excess of $120 million, with his transaction volume over the past five years reaching nearly $250 million.

Foroughi attended the Illinois State University where he earned his undergraduate and master degrees in management and electronics. Prior to his real estate career, Foroughi had a successful tenure as an upper-level general manager for renowned regional and national retail department stores such as Mervyn's, the May Company and Montgomery Ward.
Along with Foroughi, Taylor Earnest has joined Colliers International as a marketing specialist and will work directly with Foroughi. Earnest was also formerly with Sperry Van Ness and has worked with Foroughi since 2003.
