AEX Commercial Financing Group is lowering their fees and devoting increased business consulting efforts to help small business owners cope with a confusing and frustrating commercial lending climate. The scope of business finance consulting assignments to be undertaken by AEX will cover the most troublesome commercial mortgage and commercial loan issues currently confronting borrowers. AEX Commercial Financing Group is announcing an immediate small business consulting emphasis on several areas of special interest to business owners. Three of these priority items are avoiding problems with SBA loans, identifying new sources for working capital and refinancing business debt.
According to Stephen Bush, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AEX, "Most small business finance programs continue to be negatively impacted by ongoing disruptions in credit and financial markets.
