Jeff Darby Named Vice President of Supply Chain for Ted’s Montana Grill
Jeff Darby has joined Ted’s Montana Grill and its executive team as vice president of supply chain.

June 25, 2009 (FPRC) -- ATLANTA – Jeff Darby has joined Ted’s Montana Grill and its executive team as vice president of supply chain.
In this role, Darby manages all purchasing for the 55-unit restaurant company, overseeing the planning, management and maintenance of activities associated with sourcing, procurement, conversion and logistics management to ensure restaurant supply chain operations are effective and cost-efficient.
Darby is a veteran of the hospitality industry, having spent more than 25 years in management roles with restaurant companies. He most recently served as vice president of purchasing for RARE Hospitality International, which owned LongHorn Steakhouse and The Capital Grille prior to the company’s sale to Darden Restaurants in 2007. He also held operations and purchasing management positions at L&N Seafood Grill and Innovative Restaurant Concepts (which owned Rio Bravo and was later acquired by Applebee’s International). Darby attended the University of Tennessee. He is a native of Franklin, Tenn., and today resides in Canton, Ga., with his wife, Paula, and their two daughters, Scarlett, 10, and Camille, 9.
