July 8, 2009 (FPRC) -- COLTON, CALIF. – Hodgdon-Miank Construction, Inc., a full-service construction company based in Southern California's Inland Empire, recently completed the construction of Miguel's California Mexican Cocina & Cantina at The Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona, Calif. The authentic Mexican-style fine-dining restaurant with the "Aqua" bar and lounge overlooks the Dos Lagos lake. Hodgdon-Miank Construction has previously built two other restaurants for Miguel's, one in Fontana and the other in Grand Terrace; both are 3,000-square-foot ground-up fast-food restaurants with drive-thrus and patios. The Corona location is Miguel's third Cocina restaurant; Miguel's also operates seven Miguel's Jr. drive-thru restaurants in Southern California.

The Dos Lagos restaurant is an 8,000-square-foot freestanding building with a 2,100-square-foot patio. Hodgdon-Miank constructed the building and the interior improvements while coordinating with the interior and kitchen designer. The restaurant features tall ceilings and large stained-wooden beams that give the appearance of covered walkways surrounding a courtyard in a small village. There are multiple seating areas, a large, open fireplace, stained concrete floors, with a secluded patio area overlooking the lake.

Hodgdon-Miank Construction has extensive experience with construction of restaurant and retail stores. From a small Starbucks to complex airport facilities, Hodgdon-Miank Construction is capable of any size project in a cost effective and expedient manner for its clients. Hodgdon-Miank Construction's team has a combined experience almost 100 years in construction and real estate development.
