September 25, 2009 (FPRC) -- ADDISON, TX - Oil and gas drilling company Triple Diamond Energy, has announced the unofficial launch of its #6 joint venture project in central Oklahoma. The opportunity is only available to existing Triple Diamond Energy partners.
Drilling of the two-well direct offset project is set to commence on November 2, 2009. Both projects will drill to approximately 5,000 feet.
Both projects are located in central Oklahoma, the fifth highest-ranking state in crude oil production. The state produces 3.3 percent of the nation's crude.
"Due to the drop in the rig count and the slowed economy, now is a great time to put oil wells into operation at a much lower cost than in recent years.
