The forty two writings that compose this book will touch anyone struggling with life's trials.
Regardless of your circumstances Jesus says he will never leave your side. Satan is using depression as a major destroyer of peoples lives today. Last year I had reached a point where the desire to keep going had diminished. Praying to God the Holy Spirit put on my heart to write down my prayers, because there are countless people struggling with depression every day and I believe God has some powerful messages in these writings. Readers have remarked the book is inspirational, very thought provoking, loved it from cover to cover, I cried as I read it, wonderful thoughts throughout, writings came from a good place, thank you for writing down your prayers, what I wanted to say but couldn't put in to words and as I read Splinter On The Carpenter's Floor I wanted to release myself into the loving arms of Jesus.
The pressures that we face today are causing people to turn to alcohol, drugs, sex, whatever they can numb the pain with. It's amazing that we never turn to God until we are flat on our face. God will bring you to some dark and desolate places to get your attention, he sure got mine. One thing I'm convinced of is that whatever you face, never stop pressing towards God. God's timing is not the same as man's and the trials we face are shaping something in our lives far greater than we can imagine. I believe God reached down in my bedroom and Blessed me with these forty-two writings that will Bless anyone who's dealing with the many trials we face in this life.
