December 15, 2009 (FPRC) -- Key West's leading center for all kinds of Key West scuba diving trip and Key West snorkeling trips is proud to announce its latest and potentially greatest Key West snorkeling adventure, the Looe Key Snorkel Trip. Starting December 19th, the Key West Dive Center will be offering these exclusive trips departing daily at 10AM for a full 4.5-hour experience that will feature what many consider to be the best Key West snorkeling around.

Located about 5 nautical miles from Big Pine Key, Looe Key is considered one of the best spots for Key West diving trips and snorkeling excursions mostly due to its unique shape and the different depths of reef found there, which make all kinds of diving and snorkeling trips possible and successful.

The Looe Key Snorkel Trip is now the only trip departing from Key West Florida to the small Key. There, guests will be able to enjoy two and a half hours of snorkeling in two different locations off the key. The trip includes the one hour journey out to the area, snorkel gear and instruction, a buffet-style lunch and complimentary soft drinks and water.

The trip is now being offered for the low introductory rate of $85 for adults and $50 for children. Visitors coming to Key West after December 19th and looking to experience one of the most fascinating Key West snorkeling trips can start booking now.

"Looe Key has a great reputation in the world of Key West diving and all over the Florida Keys," explains Jess Wermuth of the Key West Dive Center. "Today, this Looe Key Snorkel excursion is the only one that goes to Looe Key from Key West and we're very excited to be able to offer it to our customers."

The Key West Dive Center also offers a variety of other snorkeling trips including dolphin watch and snorkel combos. Their diving Key West excursions include morning and afternoon trips out to the reef or a local shipwreck as well as instruction classes such as certification courses and dive-in-a-day courses.
