New Menu Launched Coinciding with Opening of Side Entrance at 282 Steaks and Lounge at Le Meridien Amman

In commitment to Le Meridien Amman’s pledge of mouth-watering cuisine and ingredients of superior quality, 282 Steaks and Lounge is launching its new menu as of March 1st, 2010, coinciding with the opening of the side entrance door and complimentary valet service.
With more than 45 menu items, including appetizers, soups, steaks, ribs, seafood, side dishes, tapas and desserts, 282 Steaks and Lounge’s competitive edge is premium US certified Angus beef, prepared at 282 Fahrenheit, and cooked to perfection in a variety of sauces, all in a friendly and stylish atmosphere.
The new menu features a wide selection of appetizers such as salmon tartar with avocado sorbet and beef carpaccio with arugula and parmesan, just to mention a few. From the grill, the choice of tender ad succulent steaks is wide; Sirloin, filet, rib-eye and T-bone, served with a choice of six different sauces. As for seafood lovers, the grilled salmon with roasted vegetables, sea scallops, and the cod fish is definitely something to look forward to.
Executive Chef, Jamal Nashash, commented on the launch of the new menu by saying; “The enticing new dishes, created with a touch of bold flavors in a setting of style is a reflection of Le Meridien Amman’s mission in presenting our guests with a memorable and delicious dining experience”.
282 Steaks and Lounge is open daily, from 18:00 – 02:00 AM, with Ladies’ night on Mondays and live DJ every night.
