March 3, 2010 (FPRC) -- The RecruiterBuddy Sleuth Tool works by sourcing for candidate resumes across thousands of resources- including internet engines, social media websites, blogs, internet resume databases, and RecruiterBuddy's own private database of several thousand job seekers. The returned results have been described by many as 'staggering', and those returned to the user are only those specific to the skills sought out by the user. RecruiterBuddy users can then review the returned resumes that were sourced by the Sleuth Tool and choose to import those resumes directly into their RecruiterBuddy database. The imported document is automatically parsed by RecruiterBuddy's Resume Parser which creates a new contact record with the address, email, phone number, and candidate skills set fields already completed and the resume attached to the new candidate file!
