There's A New Sleuth In Town!

Sourcing new talent has just been automated with the advent of SleuthTalent. RecruiterBuddy owner Chris Caputo announced today that SleuthTalent will be going live as early as Friday, March 26th. The new standalone application will source candidates specific to your needs, and it will cost less than your morning coffee.

March 24, 2010 (FPRC) -- RecruiterBuddy is a relative newcomer to the recruiting software scene, but already they are experiencing rapid growth signing on 3-5 new users weekly. Founded by two recruiters with a desire to develop a truly web-based recruiting tool that is easy to use, resourceful, and economical, RecruiterBuddy has lived up to the test and surpassed expectations by leaps and bounds! The first development added to the recruiting software was their "Sleuth Tool" which sources for candidates outside of the RecruiterBuddy database and returns only relevant results. Users of the Sleuth Tool need only to put in a few relative search terms, minus any complicated search strings, and wait for the resumes to be found and returned. "The feedback from those using the Sleuth Tool was so incredible that we decided to develop it as a standalone application" says RecruiterBuddy owner Matthew Hakaim.

With the creation of SleuthTalent anybody with access to the internet can source passive candidates that are specific to their open requisition. When SleuthTalent completes its search it will contact users via Twitter, Facebook, or email to let them know the results are ready to preview . Each resume that is sourced by SleuthTalent is available for download at the rate of $1 each. Those users testing SleuthTalent report excellent results thus far and they are shocked at the low cost. Since they knew there would be plenty of skeptics out there, the developers are allowing each new user three free sourced resumes from SleuthTalent to see for themselves how easy sourcing talent has become. What will they think of next? Make room for the new kid on the block!
