March 26, 2010 (FPRC) -- Hundreds of thousands of people in the United States have been forced into early retirement and others have accepted a buy out that gives them some financial security. Many of these people do not want to retire from life but desire to do something meaningful with the life they have left to live.

Most people wish they had been better prepared for layoff, job burnout, retirement or an empty nest. Perhaps they were too busy working and raising a family to take the time to make these important plans. It’s never too late for these people to regroup and plan for the rest of their life. Connie Challingsworth of Positive Life Decisions is ready to step up and help these confused baby boomers during two workshops offered in Allentown and Emmaus, PA this spring.

The workshops are based on the popular book, Too Young to Retire: 101 Ways to Start the Rest of Your Life and Too Young to Retire: A Journal of Transition. Attendees will discover the key issues necessary for a healthier and happier transition to the next chapter; a time that can be longer than most careers. Participants will meet like-minded people to share, learn and support one another during the most important transition to "what's next?" for your bonus years. Attendees that need more help have the additional option of one on one coaching with Challingsworth.

The first workshop, Too Young to Retire, led by Challingsworth, lasts five weeks and begins on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 and ends on Wednesday, April 28, 2010. The workshop runs from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Evans Wealth Strategies, 902 Chestnut St., Emmaus, PA 18409.

The second workshop, Too Young to Retire, also led by Challingsworth, is on Saturday, April 10, 2010, and runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Cooper Psychological Associates, 1605 N. Cedar Crest Blvd., Suite 108 Allentown, PA 18103.
