Link Loans Re-enters Lending Market
Link Loans re-entered the secured loans lending market and their products are now available from online loan broker Loan Arrangers.

April 8, 2010 (FPRC) -- Link Loans are now on the panel of lenders available through online loans broker Loan Arrangers.
Aided by equity funding from the Royal Bank of Scotland, Link Loans re-entered the lending market some 12 days ago, offering secured loans to homeowners.
They have already completed their first loan. Using state of the art systems and process, loan applications can be funded within hours of the application package reaching the lender.
Link Loans offer loans up to 75% Loan to Value (LTV) for borrowers in full time employment. Self employed applicants can borrow up to 70% LTV. Amounts available to borrow start at a minimum of £5,000 rising to £30,000 and can be borrowed over a period of 3 to 20 years. Rates start at 11.9%. The loans are primarily for customers with a prime credit record, so are not really suited for people looking for bad credit loans.
Steve Smith of Loan Arrangers stated “the addition of Link Loans to the panel of available lenders is a very welcome one. Lenders are a bit thin on the ground at the minute, and loans are a scarce entity, and the loans available from Link add excellent value to brokers.”
According to Lindsey McMurray, head of RBS Equity Finance, the Link Loan should tap “significant” potential in the market. She added: “Link Loans will help many prime customers with a financial product that sits so well between remortgages and unsecured loans."
