June 1, 2010 (FPRC) -- Sassy Scrubs, a Penn Yan, NY based manufacturing and e-tailer of custom scrubs succeeded in keeping a local dental office smiling by designing custom scrub uniforms to meet the legal requirements for dental uniforms. Eaves Family Dental was pleased to find a local company that could meet their specialized uniform needs. Sassy Scrubs is located less than five miles from Eaves Family Dental and makes made-to-order scrubs. The dental staff found that Sassy Scrubs fits their uniform needs like no other company can.
Eaves Family Dental, which specializes in cosmetic dentistry, implants, full arch reconstruction, and family dentistry, was founded in 1984 and employs a number of dental professionals and reception staff. The practice searched for a cohesive looking uniform that met the specialized needs of its entire staff, and was unsuccessful until they found Sassy Scrubs.
Sassy Scrubs provided custom tailored uniforms to the staff in coordinating colors, custom sizes, and hard to find styles such as long-sleeved scrubs. The law requires that dental professionals wear protective clothing, including long sleeves, and the staff had been struggling for a workable solution. Now, the staff is outfitted in long-sleeved scrubs, with no bulky jackets in the way of their work.
Anne Olmstead, a dental assistant at Eaves Family Dental, reported that the staff was very happy with their Sassy Scrubs and happy to have found the customization and continuity that they had been searching for right down the road.
"We were happy to work with a local business and provide them with uniforms that fit their needs perfectly," said Karen Bradley, owner of Sassy Scrubs, “especially when we know they are providing such fantastic care in our community.”
