June 29, 2010 (FPRC) -- NASHVILLE, TN Natural disasters hit hardest when they hit home. Skyline Nashville, a full-service Nashville trade show exhibits design company, is marshalling the time, energy and know-how of its staff and its wide network of partners, vendors and clients to help victims of the recent flooding in Nashville.
In a show of support for the community, Skyline Nashville is asking their fellow dealer offices to assist local Tennessee families through the cleanup and rebuilding process. By focusing on the needs of individual families, Skyline Nashville believes it can take small steps to help alleviate the devastation one household at a time. Skyline Nashville is also encouraging its employees and business associates to donate clothing and gift cards for local victims of the disaster.

The situation here is overwhelming. We want to use the strength of the Skyline network and apply it to the very worthy cause of getting our friends and neighbors back on their feet. Exhibitor Source, which is best known for its creation of Nashville trade show booths, launched this effort in response to the damage caused by torrential rains that fell in the region on May 1 and 2, 2010. The estimated 19 inches of rain that deluged the area made the Cumberland River rise to catastrophic levels, and ultimately submerged thousands of homes in Nashville. Landmarks such as the Grand Ole Opry House, the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and LP Field were also flooded.
