August 2, 2010 (FPRC) -- Liver Cancer Cure Now's General Manager, Rick G. House, announced today "Cancer has been cured. The FDA and Big Pharma are afraid that this might become common public knowledge, threatening their trillion dollar industry. Dichloroacetic Acid, also known as DCA, has been proven to kill cancer cells, while having absolutely no effect on healthy cells". But DCA's biggest crimes are:
Costing pennies per dose, it would make current treatments (which Big Pharma has spent hundreds of millions of dollars developing) obsolete.
Able to wipe out the enormous profit streams (radiation, chemotherapy, surgery, expensive drugs) at the same time.
Being non-patentable, Big Pharma won't touch it.
For these reasons, DCA will likely never be made available to the public. The FDA is funded by Big Pharma, so obviously there will never be a safe, effective, inexpensive cure approved by the FDA. That would be biting the hand that feeds them.
