Paper Packaging Manufacturer, Geami, Receives SFI® Chain Of Custody Certification

The manufacturer of a Bubble Wrap® alternative, Geami, has received their Sustainable Forestry Initiative® third party Chain of Custody Certification.

August 10, 2010 (FPRC) -- MORRISVILLE, NC -- Geami, the manufacturer of eco friendly packaging products, has announced they have been awarded Sustainable Forestry Initiative® third party Chain of Custody Certification of the process for tracking and recording the possession and transfer of wood fiber from the forests of origin through the different stages of production to the end user.

This certification ensures that the raw materials used to make Geami packaging paper are obtained from mills that only source wood fibers from 100% sustainably managed forests.
