The Corporater User Conference 2010 will set the platform for performance management practitioners worldwide, including customers, partners, industry experts, and consultants to network and learn from some of today’s leading minds in corporate strategy implementation, the Balanced Scorecard, and performance management.

Stavanger, the beautiful harbor city and tourist destination on the southwest coast of Norway will host the three-day event featuring the Corporater User Conference on day 1, the Soria Moria Conference on day 2, and practical workshops on day 3.

Riding on the success of previous years’ conferences, this year Corporater offers veteran speakers such as Paul R. Niven, Jeremy Hope and Steve Morlidge to deliver exciting sessions on the contemporary topics ‘How to effectively develop a strategy,’ ‘Is your business future ready?’, ‘The Role of the CFO’ and more. Customers will share case studies to illustrate how they practice performance management and implement strategy using the Corporater Enterprise Performance Management Suite.

The practical workshops, a new addition, on day 3 of the conference is aimed at helping organizations learn first-hand how to move from knowing the theory to actually using performance management. This day includes live demonstrations using the Corporater EPM Suite.

'The key to success today is the ability to think beyond budgets. We are shifting from future planning to a new phase of activity-based management. We hope to link our customers with the leading minds in performance management philosophy, and to provide the perfect setting to learn best practices and share success criteria in the current economic conditions.' Tor Inge Vasshus, Founder and CEO of Corporater

The conference is an ideal event for organizations looking to develop, communicate, and implement a winning corporate strategy enterprise-wide. With hands-on workshop sessions to evaluate the different possibilities of strategy implementation and the opportunity to interact directly with Corporater staff and experts in the performance management field, this is a must attend for those enterprises seriously considering to prepare their businesses for the future.
