FunkyChunky Donates 10% of September Online Sales to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
To help in the fight against cancer and increase the awareness of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's funding for cancer research and its education and treatment programs, FunkyChunky is donating 10% of its online sales in September to this wonderful organization.

September 16, 2010 (FPRC) -- FunkyChunky®, Inc., famous for their chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate popcorn, and other decadent treats, is calling on their loyal customers to join them in the fight against cancer. To prove their determination in helping fight this disease, FunkyChunky is donating 10% of their online sales to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for the entire month of September.
Funky Chunky's President and CEO, Ronni Feuer, describes why Funky Chunky is such an avid supporter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. "The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is one of the best non-profit health organizations dedicated to funding cancer research, providing education, and helping people with blood cancer. Every family is touched by cancer and our society needs to do more to find cures and treatments. Donating a portion of our online sales to this impressive organization is designed to increase awareness of the incredible work that the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society performs. Hopefully this will be an example to other companies and individuals that we all need to do our part to fight cancer."
In addition to donating a portion of their online sales, FunkyChunky has also lowered the price of its mini-canisters by 20%, from $12.50 to $10, for the month of September. FunkyChunky offers mini canisters for all of its flavors including the new, ChipZelPop as well as FunkyChunky Chocolate Popcorn, FunkyChunky Chocolate Pretzels, FunkyChunky Caramel Corn, FunkyChunky Peanut Butter Pretzels, and the seasonal FunkyChunky Candy Cane Popcorn.
